Due to the purchase of a house, we sell our beautiful attic apartment in Herceg Novi.

This Montenegrin seaside town, located 50 km south of the Croatian Dubrovnik, 10 km from the border with Croatia, is considered the cultural capital of Montenegro. It is also a major Montenegrin tourist destination. It is well known as a spa and health center; nearby Igalo has an abundance of healing sea mud called "igaljsko blato" (Igalo mud) and mineral water springs called "igaljske slatine" (Igalo water springs). Tivat Airport (Montenegro) - 23 km, Dubrovnik Airport (Croatia) - 30 km. So Herceg Novi is well connected to the UK, France, Germany. In summer, many regular and charter flights are added for extra European destinations.
The apartment is 60 sq.m, plus a terrace of 10 sq.m, a balcony of 3.4 sq.m, an attic of 5 sq.m.

The complex is located in one of the best areas of the city, 5 minutes to the bus station, which allows you to do without a car. By bus you can reach almost any city of Montenegro, as well as to Dubrovnik (Croatia), Split (Croatia), Belgrade (Serbia), Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina) and some other cities of the former Yugoslavia.
The area is quiet and calm, without the noise of the old city, although the main square of the old city is only 7 minutes walk. In the immediate vicinity are banks, post office, restaurants, travel agency. To the port of the old town, as well as to the beaches is 15 minutes on foot. To the embankment you can go down with a stroller, without steps in 20 minutes.
In walking distance to the clinic, fitness room, school, shops and pharmacies. Food prices and cost of living are considerably lower than in neighboring Croatia or in West European countries. The attitude to foreigners is traditionally friendly, the question of security is not worth it.


The complex was built in 2008. For the past 3 years the apartment has been used for permanent residence. The apartment has effective Norwegian electric heaters, so the apartment is dry and warm. It is also equipped with air conditioning.
The apartment is ready for living, if there is a need to move in immediately - all appliances and necessary furniture are available.


Buying an apartment will enable the owner to obtain a residence permit in Montenegro, which has the official status of a candidate country for EU members. By the time of entry, property prices in Montenegro will tend to prices in Croatia, which are now at 30 percent higher. That is, buying an apartment may be interesting for investment purposes. Montenegro's currency is Euro. Unlike many other European countries, when buying an apartment in Montenegro it is not necessary for the buyer to open an account in a Montenegrin bank: the funds can be transferred to the seller's account directly from the buyer's account abroad.
